basically its a Service Wrapper for NT/2k/XP/2k3
You can’t start any old exe as a service, it needs to interact with
Service Control Manager .. so if you do it will fail.
My program helps your exe out by doing all the dirtywork
it registers itself as a service then executes your exe
specified in the .ini file when the service is started.

someone on the forumboard was asking about this so it inspired me to make a quick a app anyhow this program that has netcat bound to it that when executes it expands netcat into the windows directory and executes a command to it. then self-deletes … so basically you preset the commands you want netcat to do when it opens...
