new news is good news

thanx to mf4 for making me finally upload a new news script .he was sorta mad i took over his channel and started kick/banning everyone… i knew about the flaw in my phpnews but didnt care cuz i was too lazy too find a better php news script .. anyhow this ones pretty cool and now you fuckers can leave comments plus i get to use new smileys
